A: Our campground is open all year, but Tennessee state law does not allow us to offer permanent, seasonal or yearly camping. However, campsites are available month-to-month as space allows.

A: A bath house is available for all guests. Additionally, each of our cabins has a full bathroom with shower.
A: Yes, we are a family-friendly campground and there are lots of kid-friendly activities.
A: Yes, up to 2 house pets are permitted per campsite. There may be additional fees for more than 2 pets. You must disclose all pets on the Access and Admission Agreement. All pets must be kept on a leash and accompanied by an adult when outside. A dog park is available for dogs to get some exercise. A: Guests may visit campers during day time hours at no charge. They will just need to check in at the registration office. Campers are responsible for their guests’ conduct and making their guests aware of the campground rules.
A: Campers may have additional guests stay overnight at their campsite for an additional fee. There is no change for additional guests age 12 or under. For additional guests age 13 and older, there is a $5 nightly fee or $25 30-day fee, whichever is less. See complete guest rules at https://roadville.com/lakeview/rules-regulations/.
A: All recreational vehicles must be RVIA-approved and remain in moveable condition and good repair at all times.
A: Each RV campsite includes parking for one vehicle and one RV. There is additional parking available for a second vehicle. Look for the signs marked “Additional Parking”, “Guest Parking”, or “General Parking”. A $15 additional vehicle fee applies.
A: There are no ATV trails nearby. ATVs are not allowed in the campground.
A: Bed linens are provided for our cabin guests. Of course, you’re welcome to bring your own bedding if you wish.
