Aside from the beautiful lake and stunning views the Appalachian Mountain region is famous for, Lakeview RV Resort also offers the modern campground amenities you want.

We pride ourselves on being one of the best campgrounds in Tennessee for families. Not only is our RV park clean and well-maintained, but you can find fun for the whole family on-site, including two dog parks for your fur-babies.

Cool off with a dip in the newly-renovated swimming pool, let the little ones burn off some energy at the playground. If you’re looking for more laid-back entertainment, there fishing, board games, or you can challenge each other to a game of cornhole.

There’s nothing like sitting around an evening campfire. Keep in mind, we’re just down the road from the “Birthplace of Country Music” in Bristol, TN, so you’re as likely to hear the happy strains of guitar picking as you are the lullaby of crickets.

We also offer scheduled events like movie nights and other family-friendly activities, so be sure to ask about upcoming events when you book your cabin or RV site. And there’s plenty more to do outside the campground, if you feel like doing some exploring.

Need firewood? Forgot the s’mores supplies or other camping essentials? Don’t fret. Just stop in at the camp store and our friendly staff can help you find what you need. Of course, we also have the necessities to keep you going, like showers, a laundry room & propane refills. And let’s not forget the free coffee! For our guests’ safety, we also have a storm shelter & security.
