AGE REQUIREMENT
Must be 18 years of age or older to reserve a site or accommodation.
CANCELLATIONS + REFUND POLICY
Daily and Weekly Reservations
Reservations cancelled up to 72 hours in advance of arrival will be refunded less a cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay.
Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will result in total forfeiture of deposit.
Monthly Reservations
Reservations cancelled between 15 days or more in advance of arrival will be refunded less a $200 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival will result in total forfeiture of deposit.
Modifications made (change of dates, accommodation type, site location, and duration of stay) may be subject to additional fees.
Refunds are not provided for early departures or for inclement weather.
RATES + PAYMENTS
Rates are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is required at the time of booking and is payable by credit card. By providing a credit card number, you are giving authorization for us to bill your credit card for the full amount, including any costs accrued while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at the time of departure.
Stays of 15 or more days require a deposit of 7 days due at booking with balance paid upon arrival.
Monthly stays require a deposit of $500 due at booking with balance paid upon arrival.
DAMAGES + FEES
If there is damage, missing or stolen items, or excessive cleaning required, the card on file will be charged accordingly.
EARLY DEPARTURES
We do not provide refunds or credits for early departures.
RESERVATIONS: RV Sites
RV Regulations: RV’s must be 15 years or newer, in excellent condition and RVIA certified. Each RV is subject to management approval. Please contact the resort directly if you have any questions. No more than one RV is allowed per site.
Rates include four (4) people, each additional person over the age of six (6) is $5 per person per night. Maximum of six (6) people per reservation.
Rates include two (2) vehicles. Additional vehicle parking may be available, please inquire with the resort.
Monthly rates do not include electric usage which is billed back at the completion of each month at the prevailing electric rate per kWh.
Pets: All well-behaved pets are welcome at the campground. Pets must be leashed at all times. Please do not leave a pet tied or unattended outside. Please clean up after your pets at all times. Pet waste bags are available for purchase in the store. Pets are not permitted in the pool area.
Sites: 1 RV or tent per site.
CHECK-IN: Check-in time is 2 pm.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is 11 am.
