The Maryland Army National Guard is proud to host the 2025 All Army National Guard Best Warrior Competition, an event designed to honor high-performing Soldiers who excel in facing a range of physical and mental challenges. Over a span of five days, from Jul 14-18, 2025, 14 Soldiers from across the Country will complete for the title of top soldier throughout various locations all around Maryland.

A highlight of this year’s competition will see the competitors being transported to Little Orleans, MD, via UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter. They will land at Ridge Rider Campground on Wednesday July 16th at approximately 09:00 am (weather permitting) and then move to the next event, which starts at the 15 Mile Creek Campground boat ramp along the Potomac River.
