Camp HiYo! RV Resort is located at 11450 Crawford Rd, Homerville, OH 44235 between Hwy 42 (to the south) and Hwy 224 (to the north).
We have clean, well-maintained pads with full hookups and options for service, quiet, shady places to set up a tent close to all the conveniences, and for the indoor-outdoor types, comfortable cabins ready to move in. While there’s much to explore in and around the sweet little community of Homerville and the sensational attractions between here and Cleveland and the Amish Country, Camp HiYo! is designed and equipped to be a self-contained family vacation paradise.
For fishing, you cannot beat the Great Lakes of Camp HiYo! Two fishing ponds for your angling ambitions where you can catch-and-release bass, sunfish and catfish. For fishing gear and tackle and probably a lot of unasked-for fishing advice, visit the Camp Store.
Seeing as how we’re mostly outdoors, nature is a big item around here, our camp has it’s own nature trails that surround the lakes for you to make the most of every nook and dale in the beautiful Ohio countryside.
We’re never short on live entertainment and group activities. Music, karaoke, theme weekends, potluck dinners, you name it. Oh, yes, conveniences. Of course, fast Wi-Fi is a must. Modern, roomy, breezy, well-equipped recreation hall features pool and more. Large open-air pavilions and cooking areas accommodate group camping and large family picnics. Clean, modern restrooms and showers and a large laundry are available for guests.

Family Fun at Camp HiYo!
Swimming Pool
Splish splash! There’s a one-foot-deep kiddie pool and large pool for your enjoyment. Adults only swim is from 10am to 11am. Open swim is from 11am to 8pm. For the fish, it’s pretty much 24/7.
Playground
Relax while the kids swing, slide and climb in the shade. Or join in the fun. Our super playground is adult-friendly with the supervision of a kid.
Guest Activities
We don’t think we left anything out – live music acts, karaoke, theme weekends, nature walks, games, crafts, potluck dinners, catered dinners, hayrides – if you can think of anything else, we’ll probably add it. Check the Events Calendar.
Basketball
That’s courts, plural. Now get in there and splash one for Lebron. His hometown of Akron is just 40 minutes away. Check out a ball at the front desk or it’s going to be a slow game!
Softball
Choose up sides and knock one out of the park! Come by the front office to check out a ball and bat.
Volleyball
Many happy hours in the sand. Stop by the front office to check-out a ball – and play hard, but play nice.
Nature Trail
Take a relaxing walk along the Camp HiYo nature trails – see the Camp HiYo Site Map – amid Ohio’s beautiful wildflowers and wildlife.
Fishing
Catch largemouth bass, sunfish, and catfish in one of our two ponds!

Pavilions
It’s plenty of pavilion for populous parties! Reserve for large get-togethers, shindigs and lollapaloozas.
Rec Hall
Rack ’em up. Throw some darts. Entertain! Good, clean fun in an awesome cabin environment.
Camp Store
What did you forget? We’ve probably got it if it’s legal. Fishing gear, ice and all the convenience store fare.
Propane Refills
You’ll never run out at that critical moment. We’ve got plenty. Just say fill ’er-up!
Group Camping
Nothing like getting away from the crowd with your own crowd. Reserve facilities to accommodate your whole crew. Bring ’em on.
Dog Park
We love dogs – especially dogs that camp. They’ve got their own big plot of prime Camp HiYo! real estate. Great walking and playing areas.
Laundry
OK, not one of your favorite vacation activities – so let’s get it over with! Easy, clean, modern laundry room with ample washers and dryers.
Fire Rings
Every pad and cabin gets its own fire ring with a nice bench for fire-watching. You’ll find wood at the Camp Store.
Picnic Tables
Grab a lakeside table and have a picnic for every meal. Our tables are kept spotless and sit on a large concrete pad.
